Because when you start your expat life you don’t necessarily have the mental and emotional preparation to face challenges you have never known before and this impacts your ability to experience expatriation in a gratifying and enriching way.
Without this essential preparation, you can end up living a disappointing, overwhelming life where you feel lost and frustrated and end up packing back home.
To help you succeed abroad I accompany you in your personal and professional adaptation process and support you to navigate through the pivotal moments of a life abroad , so that you can manage the impact that these changes have on your mind, your emotions and your wellbeing in general.
As a result of our coaching work for a successful life abroad, you will learn to better know yourself, feel well equipped to overcome your challenges and embrace your expat life as an enriching experience where you feel good about yourself and your environment. You deserve the expat life you want.
Overcome the fear of change, learn to adapt and turn obstacles into opportunities.
Learn to enjoy your expat life with trust and hope.

I invite you to a first strategic assessment session, free.
My name is Patricia Rivas, Expat Life Coach, and I am an expat like you.
I know what you are going through, because, like you, I had to face the challenges of being an expat woman. I know very well how you feel when you are caught in this cultural shock, when you are faced with the building of your new role and identity in a brand new context.
You have left what you were in your country of origin to become someone different and adapt the best you can to your new place of residence. Same happens when you move countries. Although you gain wisdom and experience, the adaptation challenge is still there.
This great change carries an implicit external search of how, where and with whom you should fit, and most importantly, an internal search to find your own answers and build the essential foundation for a life that is aligned to who you are now. As you might have experienced, this process can turn into a relatively hard, lonely and frustrating experience.
Precisely for those reasons, and as an Expat Life Coach, I know that being accompanied in that process can turn into a fundamental game changer.
I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in Co-Active Coaching, Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) and I am also a Master Coach in NLP (SNLP). My practice adheres to the deontological standards of the ICF.
I chose to specialize in Life Coaching for expat women because I am passionate about working with strong women who have dared to jump in the adventure of living abroad.
“Nothing is more important than reconnecting with your bliss. Nothing is as precious. Nothing is more real. Success, wealth, health and enriching relationships are consequences of happiness, not its cause “.
